TRX Personal Fitness

TRX Suspension is a favorite tool used within the studio for body-weight resistance training. A TRX workout helps students to define the muscles of the body, stabilize the core and experience an empowering workout that is very complimentary to the Pilates apparatus and Pilates Mat exercise programs.

TRX Strength & Flow are very popular classes and a great way to build strength with TRX equipment. All classes add Pilates to the generic TRX movements.

Gina owns and directs the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space, which received “A-List” Honorable Mention in New Jersey Health Life & Beauty Magazine, September 2011. All Sessions are held in this studio location.
